Return policy

At dalemisczynski.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we offer a hassle-free return process under the following terms:
4.1 Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery (as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s delivery date).
  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or use (e.g., stains, tears, missing tags).
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective (see Section 4.4).
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items are non-returnable and non-refundable—please check the product page for “Final Sale” labeling before purchasing.
4.2 How to Initiate a Return
  1. Send an email to fichterschuppertxzvlp291@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request - [Your Order Number]”. Include your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  1. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions (including the return shipping address).
  1. Package the item(s) securely, include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order details, and ship the package using a trackable shipping method (we recommend insuring high-value items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns).
  1. Email us the tracking number of your return package so we can monitor its delivery.
4.3 Refunds & Exchanges
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing time.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request email. We will process the exchange once we receive and approve your returned item. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund instead.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (due to our error), you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We will not reimburse return shipping fees for items you simply no longer want or for size mistakes made by the customer. If we send the wrong item or a defective/damaged item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a prepaid shipping label upon request.
4.4 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, wrong color), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fichterschuppertxzvlp291@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos of the item (and packaging, if damaged), and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and either send a replacement item (if in stock), issue a full refund, or provide store credit—whichever you prefer. We will cover all shipping costs for these cases.
