Shipping policy

We offer shipping to all locations within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam). Below are the details of our shipping services, costs, and delivery times:
5.1 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via USPS First Class or UPS Ground. Delivery time is typically 15-25 business days from the date your order is shipped. Standard shipping is free for orders over
    50, standard shipping cost is $5.99.
    5.2 Order Processing Time
    Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays) within 1-2 business days of being placed. If you place an order after 3:00 PM ET on a Friday, or on a weekend/holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. We will send you an order confirmation email immediately after you place your order, and a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) once your order has been shipped.
    5.3 Shipping Restrictions
    • We do not currently offer international shipping (outside the United States).
    • For shipping to P.O. boxes: We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS only (Standard or Expedited Shipping). Overnight Shipping is not available for P.O. boxes.
    • For shipping to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam): Delivery times may be longer (5-10 business days for Standard Shipping), and additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order if you are located in a U.S. territory.
    5.4 Tracking Your Order
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking the link in the email or by visiting the shipping carrier’s website (USPS.com or UPS.com) and entering the tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order is shipped.
    5.5 Lost or Delayed Packages
    If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:
    • For Standard Shipping: Please allow 10 business days from the shipping date before contacting us (sometimes packages are delayed due to carrier issues).
    • For Expedited or Overnight Shipping: Please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.
    To resolve issues with lost or delayed packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier but not received. In such cases, we recommend checking with your neighbors, building management, or local post office, as carriers sometimes leave packages in secure locations.
