ATTENTION MATTERS
Please wipe the butter inside before use, then put it into an oven preheated at 150 degrees and take it out. Cool it slightly. When it is still hot, wipe it with kitchen paper. It can be used normally after repeated three or four times.
After use, use a soft cloth dipped in a little water to wash inside and outside in a semi wet situation. Finally, apply a thin layer of butter.
If it is full copper inside and outside, it can make the surface of the CANNELES even and bright compared with the silicone mold. The full copper mold can make CANNELES brittle outside and soft inside.

Daily maintenance of pure copper products:
There is no the problem that the surface will become black and speckled after contacting with air, water and acid substances after use. It is very simple. Use a sponge to wipe with white vinegar+salt, or white vinegar+salt flour, which is easier to wipe. The copper mould can be washed as new. Remember to wipe, rinse and dry with a soft cloth. This method is suitable for all pure copper products. If overlapping preservation is required, a layer of kitchen paper or cotton cloth should be placed between the two copper molds.
