This styrofoam groover plate and cutting sled is used for grooving of EPS foam,EPE foam, XPS foam and sponge. This 6" groover plate/cutting sled fits the Hercules SC-190 Hot Knife Foam Cutter and other major brand hot knife foam cutters. It accommodates hot knife blades up to 6" wide, allowing you to make your own hot knife blades in any shape you need or desire: U-shaped, V-shaped, square, rounded, any shape your project calls for. Effortlessly bends all types of ni-chrome foam cutting flat-wire. An excellent tool for cutting grooves in foam and foam rubber that's located in tight or hard-to-reach areas.
