All laminating pouches are not the same. Oregon Lamination laminating supplies are designed and manufactured to specifications from people who do laminating for a living, to achieve high clarity with minimum defects. Oregon Lamination laminating pouches have not been setting on the shelf for years, so our fresh adhesive may melt faster than others, which means potential faster running times or lower temperatures used.
Oregon Lamination matte finish laminating pouches add contrast which enhances black and white photos, dark images or ink on light color paper while reducing glare. Matte finish also provides a write-on surface for pencil or ballpoint pen.
Oregon Lamination laminates come with a money back performance guarantee.

    SPECIFICATIONS:

    • Compatible with all thermal pouch laminators capable of sealing 5 mil 12 x 18 inch lamination pouches (metric size: 305mm x 457mm x 125 micron x 2 flaps adds 250 microns thickness to your sheet). These laminates are 10 mil thick on each flap for major durability, strength, rigidity and protection. ALERT: Many pouch laminators on the market can seal a maximum of only 5 mil pouches, so PLEASE make sure your laminator is capable of sealing 10 mil pouches prior to ordering. (If you don’t have your machine’s manual, a good reference is if your laminator has either a speed control OR a temperature control, it will likely seal 10 mil pouches).
    • These laminates are compatible with all thermal pouch laminators capable of sealing 12” x 18” x 10 mil (per side) lamination sheets (metric size: 305mm x 457mm x 250 microns thick x 2 flaps adds 500 microns thickness to your sheet).
    • Laminates have pre-rounded corners for a smooth professional finish.
    • Matte finish both sides provides a low-glare surface for write-on signatures, notes, and scores with pencil or ballpoint pen.

Note: Industry standard specification for 10 mil laminating pouches is 10 mil on each flap for a total of 20 mil added to your paper sheet card. 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (metric: 25 microns). The industry calls these pouches; however, are sealed on only one edge instead of three (more like a file folder than a pouch, but with a 3/32” flat folded spine).
    TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:
    • 11 x 17, Ledger, Tabloid and Double Letter size sheets
    • Signs
    • Notices
    • Menus
    • Arts & Crafts
    Tips:
    • When trying any brand for the 1st time, consider running at a slightly lower temperature (or faster speed). If the results are cloudy, you can always run the sheet again at a higher temperature or slower speed, but you cannot fix heat blisters caused by running too hot or too slow.
    • If planning on trimming laminated sheets, wait 24 to 72 hours for curing time for a professional cut edge.

Thank you for considering Oregon Lamination laminating products, designed by people who do laminating for a living and provide a money back performance guarantee.
